Privacy Policy

Built for a personal routine, not a profile.

The current Call Mom app keeps its profile, reminders, and app-created call timestamps on your device. It does not require an account or send those values to Jadonglab.

01

Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how Jadonglab handles information in connection with the Call Mom mobile app, this website, and support or privacy communications.

The service operator is 자동화연구소 (Jadonglab), represented by 김동구, at 서울특별시 영등포구 당산로32길 9, 3층 303호 (당산동3가, 태경빌딩). The privacy contact is dkim@jadonglab.com.

02

App data and on-device processing

To provide its current features, Call Mom handles a parent or guardian profile containing an exact birthdate, a biological-sex selection, a relationship label, and a call-target phone number. It also handles your weekly check-in windows, notification preferences, and timestamps created after the native dialer opens successfully.

The app uses the exact birthdate on the device to calculate age. These profile values, routine settings, and app-created timestamps are stored locally in the app's storage. The implemented app does not transmit them to a Jadonglab server, analytics provider, advertising provider, or cloud-backup service, and it does not create an online Call Mom account or server-side user profile.

Call Mom does not claim that a call was answered or completed. Its history is a record of successful dialer handoffs, not a telephone-service record.

03

Contacts, notifications, and the phone dialer

Contact picker

If you choose to select a saved phone number, Call Mom asks for contact access and opens the device's contact picker. The selected phone number is copied into the local Call Mom profile. The current app does not write to or edit your system contacts. You may instead type a number without using the contact picker.

Local notifications

If you enable reminders, Call Mom asks for notification permission and schedules notifications locally through the device operating system. The operating system manages permission status and delivery. You can change permission in system settings and reminder preferences in Call Mom.

Native dialer

When you choose the main call action, Call Mom hands the configured number to the device's native phone dialer using a telephone URL. The operating system and your telecommunications provider handle any call you choose to place. Call Mom does not receive the audio or the other person's contact activity.

04

Local storage, backup, retention, and deletion

App-owned data remains in local application storage until you use Reset app data, remove the app, or the operating system otherwise clears that storage. Reset app data removes the locally stored profile, call target, check-in windows, notification preferences, and app-created dialer-open timestamps owned by Call Mom.

Reset does not remove or change the device's system contacts, notification permission record, telephone carrier records, or native dialer history. Those remain under the control of the relevant device, operating system, or provider.

Depending on the platform and your device-backup settings, the operating system may handle app data as part of a device backup. That operating-system service is separate from Call Mom; the current app does not implement Jadonglab cloud sync.

05

Website information

This website does not provide user accounts, direct checkout, a waitlist, or an on-site support form. It does not include advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or a website analytics script, and it does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

The infrastructure used to deliver and protect a deployed website may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, request path, time, browser or user-agent information, response status, and security diagnostics. That processing is limited to website delivery, reliability, security, and troubleshooting, subject to the selected hosting provider's configuration and terms.

06

Support and privacy communications

If you email Jadonglab, the information handled may include your email address, the name shown by your email service, message, attachments, and details you choose to provide, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, or screenshots. This information is used to respond, investigate a problem, maintain necessary support records, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Please avoid sending an exact birthdate, full contact list, health information, or other sensitive personal information in a support message. Support and privacy communications are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the request, troubleshooting, security, dispute handling, recordkeeping, or applicable law.

07

Service providers, disclosure, and cross-border processing

Jadonglab does not sell Call Mom app data and does not provide it to advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers. Limited information may be handled by platform, hosting, telecommunications, or email providers when needed for a feature or service you choose to use—for example, device contacts, notifications, native dialing, website delivery, or email support.

Those providers process information under their own terms and may operate in countries outside your own. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. The final deployment and release-provider inventory will be reviewed before store publication and updated here when confirmed.

08

Your choices and rights

  • You can type a phone number instead of granting contact access.
  • You can decline notifications or change notification permission in system settings.
  • You can edit your profile, call target, routine, and reminder settings in the app.
  • You can remove Call Mom's app-owned local data with Reset app data.
  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information contained in a support or privacy communication by emailing the privacy contact below.

Because the current app does not create a server-side account or cloud profile, Jadonglab cannot remotely view or delete app data that remains only on your device.
